In St. Mikhailov Academy, Oribe Mafuyu meets a silver haired boy called Alexander. He is a Qwaser, a being who can manipulate iron and draws his power from breast milk. It’s actually quite interesting how fast the European parts of the world have adapted to watching Anime. It started in the late 90s, but the Voice Acting of Anime then was horrid. Recently, there are so many Dubbing Licensors out there, in several languages, that Anime is already anworldwide phenomena. Pretty cool, in my opinion. On a another note; My favorite Anime is One Piece
